Fast-speed Door Frame Forming machine
Descrition:
1: We adopt 11KW(2-5.5KW) motor made in China and 19 forming stations,the machine speed can reach max up to 25m/min.the machine structure is heavy forged stands and I beam welded .
2: 2 feeding rolls and 5 leveling rolls ,rolls diameter 80mm .
3: Suitable rolled material is 0.6mm to 1.2mm ,cold rolled or galvanized steel ,G350Mpa
3: material of the shafts : 45forge steel dia: 70mm.rollers mterial is GCr15,quenched HRC58-62 ,chromed 0.05mm thickness
4: We adopt hydraulic mould cutting without waste and just needs 20 min to change from one cutting blade to another one .hydraulic cutting power 7.5kw.cutting length tolerance +/-1.5mm
5: We adopt Simens PLC control made in Germany,Panasonic,Mitsubishi,Omron PLC is avaiable as options.Yaskwa inerter speed control ,Omron encoder to meaure the length made in Japan
6. We adopt chain drive and gearbox drive as option .1.2inch made in China
7. 2 sets of holes punching units for lock and hinge( holes punching before forming)
Slot size for hinge:102mmx4mm,Slot size for lock set;130mmx50mm
8.The whole machine demension is 10500x1200mmx1000mm
