Labyrinth Strip Embedded Drip Tape Extrusion Line

1. Brief Introduction
The labyrinth strip embedded drip tape extrusion line adopts two extruders, with one used for producing PE pipe, and the other for producing the embedded strip. The pipe is extruded and welded with the strip for one time, with no joint line and no rough edge produced, and with cracking possibility reduced. Compared with the same sort of prodcuts, it has advantages on high cooling speed and fine processing accuracy. The stable production speed can reach 150m/min. The drip pipe produced by the line can be winded easily for there are no drippers inside. The wall thickness can be 0.12mm to 0.15mm, as has greatly reduced purchasing cost for farmers.
Labyrinth strip embedded drip tape is widely used for drip irrigation in greenhouses, fields and economic woods to irrigate fruits, flowers, tea gardens, fruiters and etc. It is used to save water, fertilizer and labour, to control earth surface temperature and humidity, to reduce insects' damage, to keep soil structure, to improve soil quality, and improve production.
