Product Description
Introduction of electrostatic powder coating oven
Powder curing oven – whether electrical, gas or diesel fired. Whether batch type or conveyorised tunnel type.
Commonly in a range between 150-250 degrees Celsius. The part is heated by the hot air in the oven and it in turn conducts heat into the coating.
Convection cure time may be as short as 10 minutes or as long as 30 minutes, depending on the mass of the substrate and the cure requirements of the powder.
Electrostatic powder coating for main equipment area:

Working processing:
1. Connect the gun wires-- 2. Hang the workpieces, when it go into booth chamber, painting it.-- 3. After painting the workpieces will go to oven chamber to bake 15~30 minutes(180~230 degrees celsius ).-- 4. Take out the workpieces from oven, natural cooling.-- 5. Finish.
