This plant consists of several processes which are made into one by our specialized design for refrigerator powder coating.
Process One - Pre-treatment
Process Two – Drying
Process Three – Powder application
As work passes through the spray booth, controlled amounts of powder are applied by automatic Electrostatic spray guns mounted on reciprocators.
Difficult areas not reached by this process are coated by an independent manual spray gun.
Process Four – Curing
