50000 Cubic Meter AAC Plant

According to the category of raw materials, quality and process characteristics of main equipments,AAC plant takes a different process for production. But generally, we first turn the fly ash and silica sand with water into slurry, then add powdered lime, cement, gypsum and foaming agent, pour into mould box after agitating , then cut into various specifications block or plate after static oxygen foaming. At last, the trolley sends them into autoclaved kettle under the curing of high temperature and saturated steam to form porous lightweight aerated concrete products.
