1. Introduction
DY1100 automatic multi-functional hydraulic brick machine, based on global advanced technology, is researched and developed repeatedly by Zhengzhou DEYI Heavy Industrial, is able to produce standard bricks, hollow bricks, blind hole bricks, square bricks and pavement bricks and other bricks for new-style industrial building and living.
2. Technical Features
1.Hydraulic brick press frame adopts 3-beam 4-column pre-stress force tie bar sleeve structure and optimized finite element stress analysis, with its firm structure capable of supporting a pull of 2000 tons or more.
2.Adopting German Siemens PLC program control, man-machine interface and touch operation.
3.Oil cylinder adopts genuine imported sealing member from German companies, cylinder body is made through double layer alloy casting and forge, interior surface is processed with heat treatment and grinding.
4.Oil cylinder built-in displacement transducer can accurately control brick stuffing, make qualification rate very high and product error only ±1mm. Material bin level indicator in feeding bin is adjustable automatically.
5.Hydraulic pressure station is the power source of the entire hydraulic press. This company adopts genuine hydraulic element of hydraulic pump and directional valve produced by German hydraulic manufacturers, applies most advanced hydraulic control principle and valve sensor, making brick press realize pressing system of pre-pressing, finishing pressing and maintaining pressing.

4. How DY1100 Full-Auto Hydraulic Brick Making Machine Works:
Lump quick limes are first crushed in the jaw crusher, then moved to the lump lime bunker by the bucket elevator, and evenly transferred to the ball grinder for grinding through the vibrator feeder. Ground lime powders will be stored in the lime bunker. Meanwhile, flyash or sand, aggregate and other raw materials will be moved into the automatic doser by the spiral conveyer, and then transferred to the mixer by feeding equipment after electronic batching. After fully mixed with water at a high speed, the mixture will then be decomposed in the decomposition bunker. The decomposed mix will be mixed by rolling blender for 2 to 3 minutes. After that, the mix will be moved to the intermediate bunker and to the brick moulder. The moulded adobes will be transferred to the steam-curing trolley by the automatic setter and to the pre-curing track for grouping by the ferry push. The grouped steam-curing trolley will then be sent to the steam-curing autoclave for steam-curing by the draw gear. After steam-curing for 8 to 10 hours, the finished bricks will be pulled out of the autoclave by the winch, and then transferred to trolley by the automatic brick discharger and to the finished product site. After 15 days, the bricks can be inspected for delivery. The empty steam-curing trolley will be cleaned, and returned to the front of brick moulder through the return track for reuse. The production line continues production by repeating the abovementioned production processes.
