Working Principle:

Technological process of autoclaved brick production line:

1. Lime, gypsum grinding system

In this process, we need jaw crusher, ball mill, in order to reduce covers an area of each one, adopt crushing and mixing mill at the same time.After the jaw crusher, the size should be less than 30mm, materials will be sent to the ball mill by belt conveyor for fine grinding. Then send them into the storage bin.

2. Ingredients

Main ingredients are fly ash, sand (slag), quick lime, fly ash can be added amount more than 65% highest, that will be digestion more industrial waste and reduce the product cost(also need mixer, electronical dosing machine ) 

3. Adobes molding

Wheel grinding machine crushes the mixture, and then sent to DEYI automatic hydraulic brick machine, forcing molding.

4.Static curing & autoclaving

After the brick is pressed, they will be sent to the room for static curing before sending into autoclave for steam curing, in order to make bricks reach a certain strength, preventing to crack due to temperature change. The static curing & autoclaving part includes: steam curing car, ferry push, autoclave, boiler,etc.

Working Principle:

Autoclaved fly ash brick strength can reach MU20, production technology level is higher, low energy consumption, the products are widely used in building foundation and the inside and outside the wall. For example, annual output of 50 million pieces of autoclaved fly ash brick, would consumed 70000 tons of fly ash each year. This will provide a practical way for fly ash comprehensive treatment.

Raw material requirements and mixture ratio:

A. : fly ash should be consistent with JC409-91 requirements of silicate building products with fly ash, radioactive shall comply with the terms of GB6763.

B. sand: can be used in a variety of industrial tail mineral sand and natural sand, but must be in conformity with the silicate bricks and autoclaved concrete products production with sand "standards. Including: Na2O content is less than 3.6%, SO3 content should not exceed 2%, sand quartz content greater than 50%, the sand must have certain grading distribution, mud is less than 5%.

C. quicklime powder: conform to JC/T621-96 the silicate building products with quick lime, lime powder grade a requirement. Effective CaO + MgO content not less than 75%, lime powder fineness of 4900 mesh screen/cm2 of screen is not greater than 15%, underburnt and overburnt lime content should be controlled within a certain range.

D. admixture, in order to improve the production performance and products of the physical and mechanical performance, adding some appropriate mixing materials, such as stone chips powder, lime powder, etc., also can be mixed with some cementitious materials, such as cement, gypsum, etc.

E. mixture: with around the chemical composition of raw material and product requirements. General dosage of fly ash is 70% ~ 75%, lime powder is 10% ~ 15%, sand is 10% ~ 15%, admixture is 3% ~ 5%, raw materials measurement error control under 1%. Molding moisture control is very important for high-strength brick manufacture.
