I. Introduction
1. Application
JD-280L Biaxial composite machine is used for drilling and tapping on the castings. It adopts special transmission mode. Its structure is reasonable and horse power is very strong. Sliding table uses high-frequency quenching, coupled with lubrication to ensure a more stable performance. Pneumatic device is adopted on the working table so that working table can response quickly and work stably. Pneumatic clip mode is also adopted and the clipping become quickly.

2. Machine components
The machine consists of three parts, such as mechanical part, pneumatic part and electrical part. Material used in mechanical part is well-selected steel.
