Because conductive carbon
filament fibers are woven along the longitude and latitude directions in the
textile, anti-static fabric has permanent anti-static property besides flame
retardant performance and the two functions do not interfere each other and all
can reach their own functional indicators. The flame retardant property can
reach the standards of EN11612 (former EN531), EN11611 (former EN470-1) and
EN533 of EU; as well as NFPA2112 and ASTM of the USA. And its anti-static
performance can meet the standard of EN1149.
The permanent anti-static
fabric produced by us is divided into two types according to the conductive
wire. One is blended with stainless steel fiber and cotton and polyester cotton
fiber; one is embedded anti-static cloth, which has conductive filaments added
in uniformly with a certain space interval in the warp and weft directions.
Using protective clothing made of such fabric can effectively avoid accumulation
of charge and makes charge discharge or leak timely, so as to avoid the burning
explosion accidents. This fabric is an ideal choice for petrochemical, coal,
military industry, precision instruments, aerospace and other fields. The
anti-static property of such fabric can reach the standards of GB12014
Anti-static Overalls, GB12703 Anti-static Fabric, EN1149-1, EN1149-3 and other
standards.
