Product Description
UniGear type ZVC motor control is designed to be directly coupled to UniGear Type ZS1, with the possibility of extension on both sides of a switchboard. Each unit is only 325mm wide with a withdrawable single high, floor roll out contactor/fuse assembly truck. The starters are equipped with vacuum interrupters with a rating of up to 7.2kA and 400A and option for up to two fuses in parallel for each phase. The high busbar short circuit capability of 50kA makes this solution well suited for high power system requirements.
UniGear range is completed by the compact contactor unit with fuses. This uses vacuum contactors and is designed specifically for motor, transformer and capacitor bank switching and protection for rated voltages up to 7.2 kV and rated currents up to 400 A. Thanks to the use of fuses as the main means of protection, it can be used in installations with fault currents up to 50 kA.
