Dry magnetic separator introduction:

Dry magnetic separator is another New High Efficient Separation. Equipment successfully developed by our company. The whole magnetism system adopts high performance rare earth neodymium iron boron materials and the high quality ferrites materials, and an ingenious open magnetic circuit, so the highest magnetic induction intensity of tube surface reaches more than 0.8T which is 3-5 times than the conventional machines, and the selective area owns the same magnetic field strength of electromagnetic ore separator. 

The selective tube is made of wear-resisting stainless steel; the materials to be selected so evenly transported to the top of the selective tube through the vibrating feeder, then the nonmagnetic material is eliminated while the tube revolves. On the contrary, the magnetic materials is attached to the tube through the magnetic field force. And it is quite easy and accurate to use screen plate to separate the materials.

The features of dry type magnetic separator:

HSG series dry type magnetic separator is used for dressing the iron from dry sands. This series adopt high magnetic strength with angle of wrap (normally 160-175 °C,special 180-200°C)

1. High capacity, high recycle ratio.

2. No restriction for the granularity, can inlarge the iron sands purity.

Dry Magnetic Separator's application:

Our dry magnetic separator is mainly used for separating iron in the non-water district; 

refractories and other materials in addition to the iron work.
