Our recycled (regenerated) hollow polyester staple fiber suitable for:

Making  Non woven fabrics, Carpets and Rugs,   needle punch and Thermo bonded  non-woven fabrics

Making of shoulder pads/ lining which are used for padding in quilts, jackets, etc.

Blending with other fibres like acrylic, viscose, cotton and wool.

Features of hollow polyester staple fiber:

1,The physical indexes such as strength, elongation, etc of the fiber is stable and uniform with good spinning performance.

2,The hand-feeling of fiber is soft with excellent bulkiness and drape.

3,The fiber is comfortable and closed-fit with comparatively good moisture absorption performance.

4,The fiber is not easy to be deformed with good elastic performance and anti-balling-up performance.

5,The fiber is a green, environmental-friendly textile raw material which is easy to be arranged and resists the stain (ideal substitute of acrylic fiber)
