Product Description
This precise method of production and high quality of weld provides tube of exacting diameters in an almost infinitely variable range of sizes from 76 to 1528mm (standard production range being 76 to 356mm).
Tube can also be produced in Mild Steel, Duplex stainless, aluminium and higher grades of nickel alloy for extra heat and corrosion resistance.
Duraduct spiral T.I.G. welded tube is approximately 15% stronger than logitudinally and welded tube, allowing lighter wall thickness which in turn results in less weight and lower cost of Installation.
Duraduct Spiral T.I.G. Welded Tubing has proven itself environmentally successful when used in duct and fume extraction; furnace and burner flues; as a storm water downpipe in high rise applications; ventilation ducts; as condenser lines for air conditioning.
It is also suitable for class 1 Boiler code, where full radiograph of weld is required.
