Ceiling panel making machines is widely used in making aluminum or galvanized steel ceiling panel, etc with size of 600x600,300x300 or1200x600mm.It is a fully automatic production line, mainly composed of decoiler, straightener, perforating press, Servo feeder & hydraulic press.PLC controlled.1 operator is required for 1 whole production line. High productivity, less manpower.
Process: decoiling→straightening→perforating→feeding→corner & length cutting→straightening(optional)→4 sides bending.
