This whole line is composed of Plastic mixer- extruder-mould die- vacuum forming table - hauling off machine-cutting machine -stacker .
The haul-off adopts the special up-down technology of our company ,which leads the advantanges of stable working ,reliable ,good haul-off strength .The vacuumm forming and shaping table adopts special -designed enlargement vortex cooling system to meet the need of cooling the plate .The lateral direction saw cutter keeps synchronous with the haul-off machine by imported PLC controller ,and it could assemble the swarf suction.
