HID312 Series High Performance Variable Frequency Drive for Water Supply System

Product Introduction
HID312 series VFD is a kind of constant pressure variable frequency drive which combine frequency changing system and intelligent water supply system and which is specialized in water supply system. It includes normal live water supply system and fire fighting water supply system and could achieve the controlling of as many as 4 sets of motors through the setting up of various functions like frequency variability, power frequency, sleeping of each VFD.

Function Features
1. Real Time Clock Function
The VFD is equipped with real-time clock function that could meet 7 different period of free constant pressure water supply system in a day. The controlling pumps could get into sleep or wake up automatically, which could meet the purpose of supplying water in constant pressure and saving water as well.
2. Convenient Maintenance
The pumps could record and deal with faults automatically and the faulty pump would quit the working mode by themselves without affect other pumps, which is quite convenient for the maintenance.
3. Easy to Operate
Manual soft start system and fire fighting inspection functions make sure that the clients could check the working states of pumps at any time. Mutual shift between normal water supply mode and fire fighting water supply mode could be supported.
4. All-round Protection
The rated current of as many as 7 motors could be set and the problems of over-current, over-voltage, down-voltage of the pumps could be protected as well.
5. Sleep Mode Controlling System
Sleep mode and working mode of VFD could be carried out automatically.
6. Sewage Pumps Controlling System
Alarm about over pressure and under pressure of water and sewage pumps controlling system could be supported to ensure a safe use of water.
7. Automatic and Regular Switch of Working Pumps
Various pumps rotate in a regular period, which could prevent pump's rusting or working too long, increasing service life of equipment.
8. Flexible Control of VFD
Logical control of flexibly adding and decreasing numbers of pump and PID control algorithm ensure a smooth switch among the pumps and a stable water pressure.
9. Control of water level of inlet water-pool
There are two types of control method of water level of inlet water pool: analog quantity input and switch quantity input. And the water supply pressure could be chose automatically and properly according to the water level of inlet water pool.
