Biofuel Machinery Airflow Sawdust Dryer
The so-called airflow sawdust dryer refers to the process in which to continually add powder particle wet sawdust into the drying tube by adopting a spiral conveyer to evaporate water in wet material in conveying and dispersal of high speed hot gas flow and obtain the powder or pellets drying product.
It mainly consists of air heater, feeder, air convection drying tube, cyclone separator, fan, etc.
Q type pneumatic dryer operates under negative pressure, with material not via fan.
QG type pneumatic dryer operates under positive pressure, with material via fan, accompanied with pulverization.
FG type pneumatic dryer is of end gas recycling type.
JG type pneumatic dryer is of intensified type, integrating expansion drying and air convection drying.
