General
The high efficiency drift eliminator is proposed in this project to greatly decrease the drift of cooling tower.
-Type: Model arced drift eliminator with resistance tendon
-Material: Advanced PVC with additive to improve the performance of resistance ageing and anti-ultraviolet
Work Principle
Model drift eliminator is an amended product by adding a resistance tendon on the basis of the old arced drift eliminator so as to effectively avoid the loss of 2nd drift, thus it makes the rate of eliminating drift raise a quantity grade in comparison with the old one.
Feature of Drift Eliminator
1). The lower rate of drift helps to prolong the service life of fan due to decrease contact between the fan blade and the moist air, and helps to decrease the usage of chemical.
2). Lower rater of drift helps to reduce the impact to the boundary environment.
3). Its resistance is about 0.8mmH2O at 2.8m/s air velocity. Low resistance decreases the power consumption of fan, and reduces the cost.
4). Made of advanced PVC with additive to improve the performance of resistance ageing and anti-ultraviolet, its design life is 20 years.
5). Assembly with plug-in method increases rigidity and makes the assembly easier.
