2.Technical details:
a. Touch screen+PLC control mode, you will have a realtime monitoring of temperature inside. Two control system: manual and automatic, reliable and easy to operate. A PID regulator can ensure the precision.
b. Food grade stainless steel belt, high-test chain and wheel, hard to wear and long service time, flexible and strong. Imported frequency control motor, the freezing time can be adjusted continuously, suitable for processing various foods;
c. Adopting hydrolysis defrosting and electrical defrosting(optional), ensure the hygiene of the liquid nitrogen spray system, avoid bacterial growth.
d. Installed the high-temperature sterillization device(+121°C), ensure to kill the bacteria completely.
e. Adopting HACCP health safety concept, full stainless steel internal structure and palisade structure is easy to clean, maintain and manage etc, easy to operate, can completely meet the safely requirement for food.
