Tire shredder

The high-capacity shredder was specially developed for direct size reduction of tires into cleanly cut tire chips, size 50x50 mm. cutting shafts for the production of larger tire chips are available high torque at low speed cut even the strongest tires into pieces.

All construction characteristics are designed for continuous operation in order to achieve highest throughput rates at lowest costs.

Extremely precise tolerances between the cutting knives produce cleanly cut tire chips at low energy consumption.

The cutting knives made of high quality alloy steel can be re-sharpened and reused which increases the service life and reduces the operating costs.

The complete cutting chamber is lined with hard wear plates.

Technical Features of Waste Tire Recycling Machinery:
1. Tyre debeader: Drawing out the steel wire from the tyre bead
2. Tire Cutter: To cut off the tyre into 4 pices
3. Tire Crusher: To crush tires into blocks of 500mm or so. Crushed blocks are sent back to the crushing room through a filter system for re-crushing. Standard blocks will be filtered through round wire mesh during the process.
4. Intermediate Rubber Crusher: To smash rubber blocks into rubber granules with size from 5 to 10 meshes.
5. Magnetic Selector: To separate steel wire from the rubber grains. Rubber granules under normal temperature.
6. Fine Rubber Crusher: To smash 6-12mm rubber granules into 1-3mm rubber granules under normal temperature.
7. Double--grinding-pan Rubber Grinder: To grind 5-10 mesh rubber granules into 40-120 mesh rubber powder.
8. Air-current Sorting Machine: To create air eddy and separate rubber granules and the nylon fiber then to sort the rubber powder into two kinds: Rough fine ones ranging from 40-120 meshes.
9. Quantified Bag Filler: To fill rubber powder into the bag according to customer need
