It is typically operate at data rate of 1.25G and 2.5G, and main application include Synchronous optical networking (SONET),Gigabit Ethernet,optic fiber channel,switch to switch interface,router to router interface and othe optical transmission systems. The module is compatible with Small Form Factor Multi-sourcing Agreement and SFF-8472.
