Description:
ERW welded pipe production line can produce resistance high frequency straight seam welded pipe, square tube, rectangular tube and steel sheet pile, etc.
ERW pipe produce progress:
- We will check the material, and confirm the material is good.
- Cut the steel material, make it fit for the pipe.
- Bend the material, this step is facility for welding.
- The machine will make the steel material to J than C, the last is O. So the pipe is round.
- Welding: radio-frequency welding.Contact welding and induction welding
- Test: ultrasonic testing.hydrostatic test.
- All the steps finish, will put this pipe into stock.
