Marble Process CNC router Features:
Mechanical structure: industrial pipe welding founded lathe, eliminates welding stress; gantry machining center operation ensures body accuracy, rigidity and stability.
Original PMI double-screw and high precision gear rack, PMI linear rail, make geometric accuracy and precision, reduce machine vibration and jitter, and improve smooth of the work piece .
Key parts such as machine frame, bearing, flange blocks, Z axis are processed by cast iron tempering, ensure no deformation and design accuracy. Machine installation is measured by instrument, ensures the accuracy in installation.
XY axis takes flexible dust cover, preventing cutting waste and dust, avoids pollution on rail or ball screw.
Applicable Fields: tombstone carving, antique style wall sculpture, crafting stone carving, craft stone tea sets, glass sculpture, marble sculpture.
