Description:

1. The main machine adopts the structure of series WC67Y hydraulic brake.
2. Special CNC system for press brake(double axles).
3. The drive element of backgauge adopts imported ball screw and linear guideway.
4. Mechanical stop and torsion bar to maintain synchronization and high precision.
5. The machine uses Delem VC system, and imported linear transducer,pressure proportional valve and servo motor.
6. Ram stroke(Y) and backgauge(X,R,Z) are automatically controlled by computer.
7. Backgauge adopts ball-bearing screw and rolling guide, enjoying very high repeat positioning accuracy.
