General Description
LW10B column type SF6 circuit breaker including 252kV, 363kV and 550kV products, are used for making and breaking normal current, fault current and changing over of circuit, so as to realize the control and protection of power system.
Each pole of LW10B-252 circuit breaker has one break; LW10B-363 and LW10B-550 each consists of two breaks, whether including closing resistance or not is up to the requirement of different customers. For all of these three kinds of products, each pole is equipped with a hydraulic operation mechanism, which can make single pole operation and/or three pole electrically gang operation.
Complete and strict type tests have been done on these products, type test certificates have been issued by CESI, Italy and KEMA in Holand.
Main Features
1. High technical data
LW10B SF6 circuit breakers own big breaking capacity and good insulation. The interrupt, designed with advanced technology, can break 50kV short circuit current 26 times continuously without maintenance. LW10B-363/550 circuit breaker was successfully conducted all capacity tests in CESI, Italy. LW0B-252 circuit breaker can break 50kV short circuit current and fault current without capacitor.
2. Module design in operation system
Valve system of the hydraulic mechanism adapts module integration design with a small volume, which not only remains such characteristics of hydraulic mechanism as quick action, stable performance, low noise and no wearing etc., but also effectively prevents oil leakage.
3. Interchangeable ability of components and spare parts
Main body of circuit breaker is directly erected on the top of hydraulic mechanism, and the interrupter is standardized, so components and spare parts of the same rating and construction inside interrupter are strictly interchangeable.
4. Mechanism
LW10Bserious of circuit breakers are equipped with three kinds of hydraulic mechanism for end users' choice, i.e. CY hydraulic mechanism made by PG, CYT hydraulic mechanism made by Pinggao with hydraulic valves exported from BUCHER, Switzerland , the key component of ABB mechanism, and ABB mechanism exported from ABB, Switzerland. LW10B-252 Type with CY hydraulic mechanism and BUCHER CYT hydraulic mechanism. LW10B-363 Type with BUCHER CYT hydraulic mechanism. LW10B-550 Type with BUCHER CYT hydraulic mechanism and ABB HMB-8 mechanism.
5. Reliable secondary component
Terminal blocks are Weidmuller or Phenix make. Pin-type SF6 gas destiny relay is convenient for the user to observe circuit breaker's operation.
