2.2 Braiding Operation Mode
2. Introduction to Main Structures
2.1 Drive and Brake
The machine is driven by a FM Three-phase motor (2.2kw, 1500 rmp) with Synchronous belt driving drive shaft, and this shaft is driven by FM Three-phase motor with two Synchronous belt driving turntable and ring gear rotating. The another Synchronous belt is driven by worm gear and change gear driving traction plate work in the meantime.The take-up and pay-off work by another gear motor (200 w, 36 rmp) driven by drive chains.
Brake of the machine is achieved by the brake circuit device on the main motor inverter controller, once encounter broken the wires or lines, carrier winding up or press the stop button the machine will be stopped within 1.5 seconds.
The eight out-carriers and the dancer rocker arm on the braiding machine are fixed on the edge of the turntable, and meanwhile, the out-carriers braid wire are oriented the braid point through the dancer rocker arm's cycle bobbing up and down, which is achieved by the slippers slipping in the fluted circle's grooves.
The eight in-carriers are driven by gear ring, nylon gear and gear rack, and slide on the turntable rails having eight notches around machine center whose braid wire is directly leaded to braid point.The out-carriers braid wire bobs out or into notches of the turntable rails with the dancer rocker arm's bobbing, the in-carriers are bobbing below or above the out-carriers braid wire in the meantime. With repeating this process regularly ,Braid of 2×2 is produced
The completed cable lines are four laps around the traction plate, and cable braid is pulled by the traction plate's rotation. If the change gear is selected in accordance with Schedule 1, different braiding pitches can be got.
