Large Handling Capacity Stone, Sand,Coal Drum Screen is consist of five parts as drum, frame, hopper,reducer and motor. After the broken stone into the drum, on the one hand,materials being screened along with the rotation of drum, on the other hand, thebigger materials flow forward along the direction of slope and be separated bythe screen with different number of meshes. The different materials fall intodifferent hopper and then be sent to different finished product stacks bymanpower or belt conveyor.
The screening tube is whirling in high speedby variable speed reducer system causing the materials to separate where thefine particle is passing through the opening part of the screening tube whilethe heavy and rough material is separated at the rear of the drum. Furthermore,GTS Drum screen consists of a comb shape screen structure whichworks simultaneity with screening tube to clean the screen continuously. By thisaction, the Drum screen is able to achieve clean, non-stick, no blockingperformance along the operation.
