semi-continous casting rods gas shielding system, electric control system,control system,etc.
Our magnesium
alloy casting rods system has the following features:
1. Using resistance heating furnace melting equipment, stratified temperature control, high melting rate,save energy consumption.
2. Crucible cover designed with fully sealed fast detachable structure. Good sealing, no molten magnesium oxide, conveninet to open.
3. The crucible which is made of imported dual metal steel plate is characterized by longer service life and contamination free, outer
part using flame retardant metal material.
4. Adopt hydraulic system to control the pouring liquid. Changing the tilting angle to control the molten magnesium flow rate.
5. Inside of the crucible, use multiple molten magnesium filtering device,ensure the molten magnesium
casting rods are clean.
6. The temperature in the hearth and chamber are controlled by seperative thermocouples.
7. Stable equilibrium molten magnesium using electromagnetic induction liquid devices,monitoring the liquid level and alarm timely,
By the way of PLC, controlling tilting speed to change the molten magnesium flow rate.
8. Electric control cabinet uses the large-scale integrated circuit, simplified the hardware quantity and connection lines, improve the
reliability of the system.
9. Profibus is controlled network system,powerful communication function, being easier to realize communication control than other
devices; by using the network, providing remote service with Ethernet.
10. Furnace is equipped with over temperature alarm,leakage alarm, shielding gas leakage alarm, shortage alarm,etc.
11. SFC,N2,CO2 gas shielding mixed homogeneously at proper ratio.
