Characteristics of Neodymium Rare Earth Magnet:
(1) Neodymium magnets have high remanence, high coercive force, high energy product, and high performance / cost.
(2) Neodymium magnets require extremely high magnetizingfields, they can be magnetized in any direction as long as it is aligned properly.
(3) The corrosion resistance of Neodymium magnets is considered poor, therefore the surface coating is highly recommend for them.
Moderate Temperature Stability:
Neodymium magnets lose -0.09 ~ -0.13% /°C. Their working stability is under 80°C for low Hcj Neodymium magnets and above 200°C for high Hcj Neodymium magnets.
Excellent Strength Value: High magnetic performance (Br: 11,700 to 14,800 GS, Hcj: 11,000 to 33,000 Oe, BHmax: 33 to 53 MGOe).
Effective surface treatment: We can provide different surface coatings for Neodymium magnets upon the requests of different applications, such as Ni-Cu-Ni, Zn, Ag, Au and other special plating. They are good at anticorrosion.
