APPLICATIONS
The instrument can automatically compensate for self-potential, drift, and electrode potential. It also may store all the measured results for 800 points. Through the operation on the key panel with 24 keys, the time, electrode constant and measuring times (N) are inputted and stored in it. Connecting with other computer through the port RS-232C, on-line working can be realized.
The instrument is applicable for various resistivity prospecting using the methods of vertical depth measurement, electric section, charge-up and natural potential. It is widely used in geologic prospecting like hydrogeology, engineering and environmental protection. It is also used for metal and non-metal mineral prospecting.
