Description:

 

Sizing machine is driven by several frequency conversion servomotors.

 This machine is suitable for various production, different count, high density, cotton and polyester blended yard sizing.

The beams will through re-bean, sizing, drying, waxing and winding process to fit weaving loom.  The nominal width of the machine is 240, 300 and 360 cm.

 

 

Technique parameter and Construction characteristic

 

  1. Warp beam creel
  • According to different warper, equip with   different warp beam creel.
  • H-shaped high and low warp beam creel. 4 pieces are made of one group. The structure is firm with smooth and steady operation.
  • Φ800mm and Φ1000mm warp beam creel are picked out by user.
  • It is adopted with pneumatic belt or chain brake and feedback control to keep unwinding tension consistent.
  1. Sizing box characteristic
  • Double immersing rolls and four squeezing
  • Working width: 1800mm /2000mm
  • Max. Pressure: 40kN
  • Stainless steel cover, beautiful and durable.
  • Pneumatic squeezing, high-pressure 40KN for high-pressure sizing.
  • Integrated main sizing box and assistant sizing box into one body, which loops countercurrent to keep the liquid viscosity and temperature.
  • Shaft end of sizing roll is sealed through air seal +high pressure packing +sealed bearing.
  • According to the consumption of liquid, pneumatic ball valve automatically controls feeding to guarantee the supply of liquid.
  1. Wet split
  • Water-cooling type split rod changes with the machine speed, as can reach good hairiness turn down.
  1. Drying chamber Characteristic
  • It is adopted with 12 drying cylinders Φ800mm. Of stainless steel, 2 groups to pre-dry and I group to combination dry. The surface of pre-drying cylinder is coated.
  • Wet yarn of each sizing box is either split to pre-dry, or not split into pre-dry.
  • The yarn obliquely pulls on drying cylinder, which does not combined drying is with positive transmission.
  • The route in wet area is short and the loss of the warp stretch is small.
  • Can carry on low-tension and low stretch control to reduce stretch loss.
  • Set 5 places of temperature auto control for drying cylinder. There are 4 places to pre-dry, one group has 2 pieces, and combined drying one place.
  1. Headstock  
  • Winding diameter: Φ110-Φ800mm or Φ1000mm
  • Winding tension of yarn sheet:  6000N
  • Headstock with large package, adjustable width and wide adaptability can be matched variously shuttle looms and shuttleless looms at home and      abroad.
  • The requirement of AB double-beam shutteless loom with wide width.
  • Max winding tension 6000N.
  • Winding-up tension is set stepless.  The scope of tension control is wide which is suitable for different variety
  • The changing speed is 0.5m/min. to exchange the beam without stopping machine. Continuously sizing without spot.
  • Can set different diameters to suit for the different dimension beams and different variety. The sizes of wind-up     can display at any time.
  • The independent laid-up switchboard can avoid the influence of high temperature and high humidity.
  • Warp beam change, beam pressurization, length-measurement roller and tension roller are adopted with pneumatic control.

  • Even in the equipment operation can read at will and observe the sizing course.
  • The various diagram and data read and editing (the set point is adjusted with the real value at real time.
