Pipe turning and carrying device

It is used to transport pipes from conveyor or V-type roller to rack, and from rack to the conveyor. It mainly includes rocker-arm type and pipe carrier type.

This device has been applied in many coating production lines. It has two forms and is made up of joint type and independent type. The latter one consists of two sets moving carrier, guide rail, hydraulic device. Driven by the motor, carrier moves forth and back on the guide rail. The pipe connector on the carrier moves up and down with the help of hydraulic control device. Two sets form one group.

The vehicle goes forward by gear motor. Pipes are lifted by the hydraulic. Each vehicle is equipped with a hydraulic system.

The device is also called the cantilever carrier, which is mainly used in concrete weight coating production line and other special locations. The independent type is mainly composed of two mobile carrier, guide rail, hydraulic control device. The carrier can move forwards and back along the guide rail with the help of gear motor. The pipe connecting device on carrier can go up and down by the hydraulic control device and realize smooth lift and move.
