Pipe coating carriages
The pipe coating carriages consists of a powered carriage, which contains a variable speed drive for pipe rotation and travel and an idler carriage, which contains a longitudinal drive to adjust for pipe length.
Wire dispenser and accumulator system
The wire dispenser and accumulator system is used to direct the wire mesh from the wire spools to the wire guide system.
Wire guide system assembly
The wire guide assembly is used to direct two strips of wire mesh, received from the wire feed system,to the rotating pipe during coating operations.
Reclaim system
The reclaim system is used to recycle concrete that does not adhere to the pipe.
Weigh station
It is used to weigh pipes after coating.
Pipe end cutback machine
It is mainly used to cut and clean the pipes end after coating and provide convenience for welding and laying.
