Working process of the drying machine for food and vegetable waste
1. remove the bottles, plastic bags, wood chips etc. from the food wastes.
Before the food wastes enter into the system, removing other things by manual , such as the plastic bags, plastic cases, chopsticks, wood chips and bottles etc. to avoid of the damage to the equipments and pollution to finished products.
2.conveying into the dewater machine , remove the moisture from 85% to 60%
In the process, the food wastes will be conveyed by the screw feeder and conveyor. All the contacting parts are made of stainless steel to anti the corrosion.
4.get the finished products.
Screw squeezing dewater machine, is used for separating the solid and liquid. This machine is especially designed for the food wastes. The moisture of material can be reduced from 85% to 60%. Not only separate the solid and liquid , but also save energy in the process of drying.
