Features

 Electron Optics Column of Scanning Electron Microscope:

Column:

1.        Gun type: Self-biased triode structure with tungsten source

2.        The distance between anode and wehnelt cap is variable and it's especially suitable for low acceleration voltage operation.

High Vacuum Column Isolation Valve:

SEM Control and Operation System:

Manual control box

Software system

1.  The software system is based on a Windows 2000/XP interface. Power Windows graphic user interface combines many icons, toolboxes and drop down menus. Varies instrument operations, image processing and analysis functions can be achieved by just clicking the mouse.

Full-automatic Vacuum System:

1.  Fully automatic, push button operated (manual take over is provided) with pneumatic valve. Fully interlock, automatic protection against power, water, and vacuum failure. Low oil returning diffusion pump, high vacuum can be reached. It's designed to reducing specimen contamination by hydrocarbon and sample exchange time. 

2.  Working vacuum: 2.66×10-3Pa (2×10-5Torr)
