The motor driven tension on an obtuse angle of the cone-shaped test sample rotation, rubbing sandpaper to make contact with the standard requirements and bear the load standards for conduct rotary friction testing, such friction is continuously performed along a generatrix of the cone, there by producing the effect of friction in the tangential direction.
