Product Description
Flange immersion heaters are one of the most widely used methods for heating gases and liquids (such as water, oil heat transfer fluid and corrosion solution). Designed for use in tanks and pressurized containers, they are easy to install and maintain to provide heat for many process. The direct immersion method is energy efficient and easily monitored and controlled.

-------Structure
Tube heater elements are made of metallic tube, heating alloy wire and mgo. The material of metallic tube is Stainless Steel, iron, copper and so on. In the middle of the tube, there are spiral alloy wire (nickel-chrome, ferrochrome)and be filled with the mgo . as the insulation thermal conductivity. The two ends of the tube is sealed with silicone.
