1. Technical Principles
Hydraulic fan, as the name suggests, it is to use water other than traditional electricity to drive the fan. In hydraulic fan cooling tower, hydraulic turbine is used to replace motor as the power source for fan. Driving force for running hydraulic turbine comes from surplus energy of the system. After the reconstruction, circulating water provided by water pump flows through the hydraulic turbine and drives it to rotate. Output shaft of hydraulic turbine is connected with fans directly to drive the fan rotate.
2. Core Technology
The core of the water kinetic energy recovery cooling tower technology and cooling tower reconstruction technology is a mixed-flow hydraulic turbine developed by our company based on thermal properties of cooling tower and the hydraulic properties of circulating system. The recovery rate of the turbine is high, with which 100% energy-saving can be reached from the reconstruction of cooling tower circulating water system with surplus low energy. The water flow into hydraulic turbine can distribute symmetrically against the rotating shaft of hydraulic turbine, the impacts on hydraulic turbine can be balanced, the vibration arising during the operation of hydraulic turbine can be reduced and the cooling tower can be operated more stably.
