4.Workingprinciple: There is onlyone filter to operation in normally work . You can not stop the system then openthe pressure balance valve and roll reversing vales .switch to another filter towork , when the filter pressure loss exceed(more than 0.35 MPa ) and then cleanor replace the filter element.
Highflow double filter for industry---Operational process
1.Filter installation is completed , open the inlet and outlet valve of the filter, the system start to working;
2.When the differential pressure transducer is alarm (differential pressure isachieved 0.35MPa), pls change the conversion valve and let another filter towork;
3.Open the vent valve(on the upper cap) and blowdown valve (on the bottom cap),let the dust fluid drain off the filter completely;
4.Open the upper cap of filter , take our the filter element;
5.Clean or change the filter element , then install the filter element and uppercap;
6.Closed the vent valve and blowdown valve and open the inlet and outlet valve ofthe filter;
7. Thebest advantage of the duplex filter is when the element need to change or clean, don't need stop system working.
