MAS Baiyun YCMC wet pulse magnetic separator is a new and high efficiency wet drum magnetic separator with patent.

Feature

Large magnetic system angle,multiple-poles and wide separation zone can further make the feed rolling at the surface of drum and advance the separation efficiency.

Adopt nonunform magnetic field.The magnetic field from sweeping separation zone to concentrates discharge zone is uneven districution from high to low, so it is more suitable for concentrating strong magnetic minerals.Advance the efficiency of separation.

With the large magnetic field angle, we design the deep counter- current tank, and add the spray pipe at the concentrate diacharge zone to increase the choice of separation further.

Applications

1 Used for first stage concentration after coase grinding. It may separate a part of qulified concentrates directly, avoid unnecessary grinding for valuable ore and reduce load of second-stage grinding.

2 Used for concentration after fine grinding . It may increase concentrate grade

3 Used for concentration from upstream separation which has rejected tailings after grinding. Make sure the recovery on condition of increasing the grade.
