Description:
Sandwich co-injection molding is one of the newly developed injection molding methods.To accomplish such a molding method.an additional barrel is added to a traditional plastic injection molding machine to form an independent double barrel with specially designed nozzle.Two independent injection unit and multi injection mode are available for independent injection and simultaneous injection and it is also available for products of single color and mis color.Some products could be done by surface of high quality material and core of recycled material. Inrernal stress is reduced tensely is improved and produntion cost is lowered.Servo system is installed to meet high precision injection and realizes the energy saving.
