heated and mixed, dispersed evenly by the high speed mixer, then heated
and plasticized by the extruder and mould to form the panel.
3. Design of flow channel can avoid the dead spots and stagnation zones. Spiral channel increase the heating area of material, lower the melting temperature. Large-volume flow channel have equality pressure of melting, decrease the pressure loss. Mandrel design with rigid construction, avoid floating.
