Product Description
old-rolling coil is substrate of hot-rolled coil, produce under recrystallization temperature in condition of room temperature.
Cold-rolled coil is not heated in the production process,so it don't exist the defect of pitting and iron oxide which often
exist in hot-rolled. It has good surface quality, highly polished. On the one hand, it is the substrate of galvanized steel coil and
color coated steel coil,
On the other hand, it has precise size, uniform thickness, excellent surface quality, and offer good machinability,
high strength,
low yield limit and good stamping properties.
Process flow of cold-rolled annealed steel sheets:
Hot rolled steel sheets → acid pickling →rolling → degreasing→ annealing → leveling up → tension leveling → cutting → oiling → cold-rolled steel coils → weighing → inspecting → packing → warehouse
