GINDE PP-R PIPELINE SYSTEM
Our company introduces the advanced PPR production lines from Germany BATTENFELD. The production line with PC control makes extrusion, haul-off and speed of cooling synchronization.

Features of Ginde PP-R pipe
a) Hygienic, non-toxic: This kind of product belongs to an environmental friendly building material, so they can be applied to the purified and drinking water pipeline systems.
b) Resistance to corrosion and scum: it prevents encrustation build-up in the pipes for thus enabling the free flow of water and eliminates the formation of stains in a tub or basin.
c) High temperature and high pressure resistant: The pipe can function under continuous normal working pressure with the water temperature up to 95°C.
d) Heat Preservation & Energy Saved:heat conduction coefficient is 1/200 of metal pipes. In other words it greatly minimizes heat loss during the flow of hot water.
e) Light Weight: the specific gravity is 1/7 of metal pipes.
f) Surface: smooth inner and outer layers of the pipe reduce resistance to fluids, soft color and luster and beautiful appearance.
g) Convenient & Reliable Installation: hot melt connection is used to connect the pipes instead of rings or sealers. Thus the installation can be finished within seconds. A high quality copper joint is used to connect to metal and manifold pipes on the safe side.
h) Long Lifespan: this pipe has a lifespan of 50 years or more under normal conditions.

PP-R fitting
The appearance and shape of the fitting are designed to take into consideration both Chinese & Western styles for both aesthetics and practicality. The fitting is designed by our professional technicians to appear dainty and exquisite to the eye and. The patent design is outer cover of the fitting. The outer cover is used for covering the outflow caused during the hot melt process and the polygon shape can help to align the pipes during installation as well as make the fittings stronger and more beautiful appearance. It improves on shapes and roughness of the normal PP-R fitting.
