Sintered neodymium-iron-boron(NdFeB)permanent-magnet material was developed in 1983. The major composition of NdFeB magnets is ND2Fe14B. It is the highest magnetism performance permanent-magnet material at present, tha can be made into the comples shape magnet, and cut.
Application Field
The sintered NdFeB magnets earliest mainly applications was for the high performance motor: Voice coil motors(VCM's)in hard disk drives, brushless DC motors.
Other applications include magnetic separation, magnetic resonance imaging, sensors and loudspeakers etc.
Permanent magnets, Neodymium magnets, are also called sintered NdFeB magnets, are used for wind turbine generator, DC motor, linear moter, speaker, MRI, magnetic separator etc.
They are very strong magnets, need Nickel, Zinc, Epoxy coating ect.
Quality Control and Sampling Plan:
Sampling plan for magnetic properties or dimensional attributes is performed according to the customer's specific requests. Otherwise we use MIL Standard 105D Sampling plan for normal inspection.

* The magnetic properties of test samples are determined using a modern BH tracer potting a full loop demagnetization curve.
* High accuracy calibrated Gaussmeters, Fluxmeters, and some other necessary measuring tools are used for appropriated parts.
Physical and Magnetic Tolerance:
In the absence of clear instruction on magnetic and physical tolerances, we use Magnetic Material Producers Association (MMPA) Standard Specification for Permanent Magnet Material as a guideline.

1. Intend application and Material.
2. Shape, size dimensions and tolerance level.
3. Material Characteristic (i. E. Br, bHc, iHc, BHmaxK)
4. Environmental conditions and Inspection sampling plan.
