Carrier layer:the carrier of base layer,oil layer and glue layer(the usual material is PET),it satisfied with high temperature resistance,pressure resistance and small tensile deformation.
Base layer: A layer of mold release, always stay solid state under normal temperature,but will fusion when it is on ordered temperature, adhesion become lower and fall out from carrier layer.Release layer is the key of transfer print on printing stock and finish the depart from oil layer.It need good wear resistance,has function on protect colourful oil, lower the radiation intensity, lower the destroy of oil from air, extend the shelflife of oil and buffer adhesion between substrate film and oil layer.
Oil layer:This layer is the basic of printing quality.Heat transfer film is printing patterns by gravure printing,so it can show vivid picture and lively colour, it's pattern also has strong restore function. It can make your products packing more perfect.
Glue layer:High adhesion with surface of printing stock is the basic function, to ensure fastness of printing stock and printing layer.Glue in this layer must match with printing materials.(Such as ABS/PP/PE/Metal/EVA,they need match with different kinds of glue.Different kinds of glue have different adhesion intension.)
