The making methods of heat transfer film
Heat transfer film is made from PET base film\release layer\ink layer and glue layer(Use different glue according to different printing material)
Method for making heat transfer films:
First,cut some PET films from a big roll of PET films according to clients'electric carving plate size
Second,put the release layer on the PET films by the spreading machine,only after it becomes dry then can put on the heat transfer printing machine.Our 10 colors and 8 colors heat transfer printing machines with high-resolution can make the products look much more vivid.The pattern can print on the correct place with high efficiency,which can improve the products'grade and save much time.
Third,after printing the pattern,we will put the glue layer by spreading machine(use different glue according to different material,our glue can print on ABS\PP\PC\PVC\PE\EVA \wooden products\metal\glass\leather,etc)
Finally,cut into small rolls and have a series of checking by our QC department .Only after that then will deliver the goods.
Our heat transfer films can be widely used in plastic(ABS\PP\PC\PVC\PE\EVA )\wooden products\metal\glass\leather,etc,which can be applied in stationeries\commodity\wooden products(furnitures)\plastic products\stainless dinnerwares\EVA slippers\EVA floor mat,etc.

Heat transfer printing is a new and special printing style with simple operation principle.It transfers the design from the heat transfer films to the surface of products when heated and pressed.However,in practical experience,need to pay attention to below a few points to improve the quality and production efficiency.
1.Stamping Temperature
Stamping temperature varies from the printing equipments\films and the products.It cannot take the higher or lower temperature as the best stamping temperature.We need to confirm the most suitable stamping temperature based on the actual printed effect.
2.Stamping Time(Speed)
Stamping Time(Speed) need to be decided by the specific products.In the condition of confirming the good printing effect,the speed is faster,the production efficiency will be higher.But some products need to stamp in slow speed because it is limited by some special conditions.
3.Stamping Pressure
Stamping pressure need to be adjusted to the most suitable one,or it will damage the pad and products if over pressured and it will influence the printing effect if stamping in less pressure.So it need to lock the pressure adjustment after confirm the best stamping pressure in case that it will make some change when printing in large quantity.
4.Keep Clean Always.
A.Keep the pad clean always,any dirt or coke does not permit sticking there.
B.Keep the workbench\roller\button and the other parts clean,it can not have some greasy dirt there.
C.Hands of operators need to keep clean,any sweat or dirt cannot get in touch the films and the products.
D.Keep the films clean always also in case it will get pollution by the greasy dirt ,fingerprints or the dirt
