The making ways of heat transfer film:
First,Cut some PET/OPP films from a big rolls of film according customers electric carving plate size.
Second,use the spreading machine to put release layer on the PET/OPP film.After it becomes dry,put it on the heat transfer printing machine.
Third,Printing the pattern(We call it ink layer) on it,and then we put the glue layer by spreading machine.
Finally,cut this film into small rolls and take to our QC to check the quality.
After all the steps,then we will deliver our products.
