Soybean oil complete line:
Soybean is one kind of the low oil content seeds ,if you want to get the maximum crude oil , there is a effiicient method to processing the soybean , that is solvent extraction production line . Its residual oil rate is about 1% ,and soybean meal quality is much better . It is a good choice to process low oil content materials , such as soybean , rice bran , it is also can be used for processing the large capacity high oil content seeds .

Main parts:
Soybean pretreatment equipments which is pretreating the raw materials, it includes magnetic drum, cleaning sieve, stoner grist , crusher machine, bating machine , flaking roll , and plate type drier .
Advantages:
(1).Separating equipments can remove the impurities and stones.This part can improve the qual-ity of oil and protect the other machines.
(2). Bate is used in soybean oil making. The rolling of the bate will make the soybean uniformly.
(3). Flaking roll is used to make raw materials to cake. This process can increase the oil yield rate. Our flaking roll is easy to operate and saves power.
2.Soybean oil solvent extraction machine:
Function:
Leaching system is an oil extraction through soaking or spraying pre-pressed cake by a certain organic solvent. The principle of this part is the different solubility of solvent.
Main parts:
(1). Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type extractor
(2). Roary extractor: Spray and soak the prepressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved in solven(form miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil).
(3). DTDC: usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.
(4). Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st , then add salinewater to it. The phospholipid in the miscella will react with the saline water, at last the reactant
precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.
(5). Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.
(6). Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling.
(7). Condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.

3.Soybean oil refining machine:
Purpose:
Oil refining is according to the different usage and requirements, utilizing the physical methods and chemical processes to get rid of the harmful impurities and needless substance in the crude oil, getting standard oil.
It is suitable for refining various crude vegetable oil, such as sunflower seed oil, tea seed oil, groundnut oil, cottonseed oil, palm oil, rice bran oil, soybean oil, corn oil and palm oil, etc.
Main process:
(1).Filtering the crude soybean oil to remove the suspended impurities.
(2).Mixing the p-acid when the oil temperature re-aches 90-105°C,then stirring 3mins, next
adding dilute alkalis to neutralize the acid and using the centrifugal to separate. Finally, standing
it after adding the hot water.
(3).General speaking there are two methods to deacidify.One is chemical method, that is adding the NaOH.The other is using centrifugal machine to de-acid, this way is called physical method.
(4).At present , the most common way is using the clayto absorb the pigment.
(5).We usually using the direct steam to remove the odor.For refining palm oil deodorization is a very important step.
