Applications:

1,Take a measurement one hour later after a meal

2,One hour before measurement, please don’t smoke, drink alcohol, tea or coffee

3, If over fatigue or emotional instability, please don’t measure.

5, As far as possible, every day in the same time and condition, with same posture, 5 minutes interval between measurements.
